Built for Spanish companies
- Phone numbers with the +34 prefix and a direct WhatsApp button that work the same from any country.
- Company tax details (legal name, NIF tax ID and registered address) on the InfoBusiness profile, useful for suppliers, tenders and reception.
- Several locations, each with its own address, phone numbers and emails, such as Madrid, Barcelona or Valencia.
- The digital card's buttons and labels appear in Spanish, English or Portuguese depending on the language of the phone opening it, so it also works with clients and suppliers from other countries.
Data protection (GDPR)
The card only shows the business details the company chooses to publish, and each person can review and update them through a private link. The database is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt), and analytics on our website only run if the visitor accepts them.
If someone leaves the company, you deactivate their card instantly and the printed QR code stops showing their details.
Working time records with QR codes
Since May 2019 (Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute), companies in Spain must record the start and end time of each employee's working day and keep those records for four years.
The Business Full plan includes attendance tracking that turns any tablet or phone into a time clock with a QR badge, NFC or PIN. Each entry is stored with its date, time and terminal, manual corrections record who made them and why, and everything exports to Excel. The regulations are being updated, so confirm the current requirements with your employment adviser.
Pricing
Plans are annual and priced in US dollars (USD): Independent Professional, 5 USD per year + VAT for one professional with email signature and InfoBusiness; Starter, 30 USD per year + VAT for up to 10 cards, and Business Full, 150 USD per year + VAT for up to 100 cards with attendance tracking, InfoBusiness and your own domain. You can try it first in the demo, with no sign-up.
