How a QR code business card works

1. 1You set up your company brand once: logo, colors, slogan, website and social profiles.
2. 2You add each person with their photo, job title and contact details (several phone numbers, mobiles, WhatsApp lines or emails if they have them).
3. 3NexoCard creates their digital card and a unique QR code. Print it on the physical card, share it on WhatsApp or add it to your email signature.
4. 4Scanning the QR code opens the card in the phone's browser with buttons to call, message on WhatsApp, send an email, visit the website and save the contact.

Two kinds of QR code, depending on what you need

• Dynamic QR code (recommended): it points to the digital card. If the person's details change, the printed QR code keeps working and always shows up-to-date information.
• Direct vCard QR code: it holds the contact details inside the code itself and works without an internet connection. It must be regenerated if the details change.
• Both download as PNG or SVG, in rounded, dotted or classic style. The dynamic QR code can carry your logo in the center.

Advantages over traditional paper cards

• Details update without reprinting: a new phone number or job title shows up instantly.
• The contact ends up in the client's phone, not in a drawer.
• You know how many times each card is scanned, how many contacts are saved and which buttons are tapped.
• If someone leaves the company, you deactivate their card and the printed QR code stops showing it.

Professional design and printing

Choose from 6 templates (4 ready-made and 2 fully customizable with your own background image), with separate colors for the front and back. NexoCard generates actual-size files: 85 × 55 mm card stock with bleed for print shops, A4 sheets with crop marks or CR80 PVC cards.
