Ways to clock in
- QR badge: each employee scans their badge at the terminal.
- From their own phone: each person clocks in with a personal link that records the location at that moment and can be bound to their phone.
- USB or Bluetooth QR and NFC readers: they work like a keyboard, with no setup.
- Personal PIN: in case someone forgets their badge.
- Manual entries: an administrator can correct a record, and who did it and why is logged.
What you see in the dashboard
- Who is in right now, who has already left and who hasn't clocked in today.
- Clock-in and clock-out records by day and by person, with the terminal used.
- Schedules by days, by hours or by shifts (night shifts too), with late arrivals, absences, overtime and early departures calculated automatically. Each change applies from a date, so earlier reports stay as they were.
- Views by person and by day, week, fortnight or month, with attendance and punctuality indicators.
- The location of every punch with a map link and an alert when someone clocked in away from the site; you can make it mandatory.
- An Excel report with a summary, daily detail and every punch for payroll or audits.
How to get started
- Create a terminal in the dashboard and open its link on the tablet or phone that will stay at the entrance.
- Print your team's QR badges: they come on an A4 sheet at card size (85.6 × 54 mm) to cut out or stick on the back of the card.
- If you prefer, give each person a PIN or connect an NFC reader.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy a time clock?
No. Any device with a browser and a camera works as a terminal. If you already have USB QR or NFC readers, they are compatible too.
Which plan includes it?
Attendance tracking is included in the Business Full plan (150 USD per year + VAT, up to 100 people).
Does it work for legally required time records?
It helps you keep a daily record of each person's clock-ins and clock-outs and export it. Check the specific requirements in your country with your employment adviser.
