Why an HTML signature and not an image
A signature that is just an image looks blurry, can't be tapped to call or write, and many email programs block it or show it as an attachment. NexoCard AI builds the signature in HTML with tables and inline styles, the format email programs understand: real text, tel: and mailto: links, and high-resolution PNG images (logo, QR code and icons) hosted by NexoCard.
It is about 560 pixels wide and uses standard fonts and a white background, so it reads well on computers and phones and the logo stays visible in dark mode.
How it works
- Choose the Independent Professional plan, which includes it, or turn on the Corporate email signature add-on on Starter or Business Full.
- Pick one of the 5 designs (Classic, Modern, Corporate, Impact or Elegant), the logo size, the QR code at the top or bottom right, what to show (social links, address), the language and, if you like, the highlighted link, the banner and the legal notice.
- NexoCard builds each person's signature from their card details: copy it in one click or download the .htm file.
- Paste it into the signature settings of Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail with the step-by-step guide. Each person can also copy their own from their personal link.
The same signature for the whole team
Every signature comes from the same design, so your brand looks the same in every email: no badly copied templates, mismatched colors or old logos.
The logo, QR code and banner load from NexoCard: change the logo or the banner campaign and installed signatures update by themselves. Visits coming from the signature's QR code or link show up in your analytics with their own source, “Email signature”.

How much does the corporate email signature cost?
It is included in the Independent Professional plan (5 USD a year + VAT). On Starter and Business Full it is a 15 USD per year + VAT add-on that covers the signatures of everyone on your team. You can add it when you sign up or later from your dashboard, always at the same price, and it renews together with your plan.
Which email programs does it work with?
Gmail, Outlook (Windows, Mac and web), Apple Mail and Mail on iPhone and iPad. Phone email apps, such as Gmail or Outlook for Android, only accept text signatures: for them NexoCard offers a text version.
What is the QR code in the signature for?
It turns every email into a quick way to save the contact: scanning it opens the person's digital card, with the button to add it to the address book, WhatsApp, their social links and the company website.
What happens if the details or the logo change?
The logo, QR code and banner update by themselves in installed signatures. If the phone number, job title or another text changes, just copy the signature again from the dashboard.
Does every employee have to design their signature?
No. The administrator sets up the signature once for the whole company and NexoCard builds each person's with their details. Each employee can copy their own from their personal link, without signing in to the dashboard.
